职位：Customer Service Coordinator 客户服务协调员

Sales Assistant 销售助理

地点：广州市萝岗区科学城科珠路199号广东软件科学园H栋

Job Description:

1. Responsible for customer service and project coordination for its assigned projects from accounts.

2. Communicate with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries.

3. Process execution and documentation within given guidelines.

4. Report relevant issues, such as customer feedback, problems in executing of services.

5. Proactively approach and be responsible for optimization of services and processes to take customer's requirements into consideration (incl. cross-selling activities).

Job Requirement:

1. College or above

2. With 1-2 years working experience has an advantage while fresh graduate will also be considered

3. With experience working in auditing business has top priority to consider

4. Good typing skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel

5. Good in both conversational and written English and Mandarin
